About Privacy and Cookie Policy
Nodes Sports and Textile Products (“Nodes”) strives to protect the confidentiality of the visitors and resellers who use our site (collectively, the “Parties”) so that our users can benefit securely and fully from our services. Personal Data Processing Purposes
Nodes is responsible for developing and maintaining personal data, membership record and account provided by the Data Subject; establishing system errors, and monitoring performance of the services provided by the Data Subject on the Website; identifying system errors; performing performance monitoring; performing work required to benefit the relevant persons from the products and services provided by Nodes; improving operation of the site; offering maintenance, support services and backup services; executing the relevant business processes and planning and execution of the activities required for offering and promoting these products and services to the relevant persons by customizing them according to the likes, habits and needs of the relevant persons, and performing the commercial activities performed by Nodes Nodes may be processed for the purposes of managing processes, planning and executing commercial and/or business strategies by providing legal, technical and commercial-work safety for Nodes and the persons with whom it has a business relationship.
Personal Data to be Processed with the Explicit Consent of the Data Owners and the Purposes for Processing
With the express consent of the Data Subject, Nodes may process data and share them with the following parties in order to improve user experience, create statistics, profiling, direct marketing and remarketing, develop promo recommendations specific to the Data Subject and to send them to the Data Subject, and to use the data obtained in any advertising and material content by following the activities of the Data Subjects on the site.
Transfer of Personal Data
Nodes may transfer the personal data belonging to the Data Subject and the new data obtained by using these personal data to third parties, on a limited basis for the provision of the services mentioned, which Nodes uses to ensure that the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy are fulfilled. In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, data owners have the right to

- Request deletion or destruction of their personal data, and request notification of the third parties to whom their personal data have been provided about such deletion or destruction accordingly, if the reasons for processing no longer apply to their personal data, which in any event, has been processed in compliance with the provisions of the Law and other applicable laws;
- They have the right to object to an adverse result received due to the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automatic systems and to request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data.
Requests regarding the use of such rights shall be made by the personal data owners through the methods stated in the Disclosure Text on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data prepared by the Nodes under Law No. 6698 on www.nodesnets.com. Nodes shall finalize such requests within 30 (thirty) days. Nodes reserves the right to charge fees for the requests, based on the tariffs (if any) set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
